Accessibility Statement

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA wherever possible. Accessibility is part of how I evaluate every project I work on, and I hold this portfolio to the same standard.

What this site does

  • Color combinations are checked for a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and interactive elements.
  • Every interactive element has a visible focus state and is fully operable by keyboard.
  • A “skip to main content” link is available at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • Decorative animations (background motion, hover effects) respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting and turn off automatically when requested.
  • Icons are never used as the sole carrier of information — they’re always paired with visible text.
  • Headings follow a logical hierarchy on every page to support screen reader navigation.
